Very clean room, the bed quality was exceptional, I had a great nights sleep even during cyclone Narelle !

Really need conditioner in the showers for hair as most other motels do but other than that everything was good.

Clean room, nice bar area and dining overlooking the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shops, bars and eateries all in walking distance.

People knocking on doors for long periods of time in the middle of the night and others in groups outside the room talking for hours in the early hours of the morning. Shame because otherwise the facility and service was really good.

There were no water bottles. Cleanliness wasn't up to the mark.

Handy to Karratha Shopping Centre and Integrity bus stop as we were utilising public transport for our visit along the west coast. Sadly this hotel is tired and needs a good makeover or knocking down and re-building. The adjacent ‘Sports bar’ is non-existent and likely long been closed due to more modern hotels charging comparable prices in the neighbourhood. The bistro was very lightly patronised for a school holiday period and with limited menu options. You can’t charge premium prices around $300.00 a night and only offer THREE star rooms and facilities.

It is a FIFO place, right in the heart of the town. We had a great time in there. Wherever we did go we come across some lovely people. Exceptional hotel staff, at any level. Thank you all for making our stay memorable.

mostly everything was okay but i didn’t appreciate getting woken up every morning at the crack of dawn but the loud cleaning staff

The hotel is in good area,near shopping centre and the room we staying is good and clean

Loved the staff and the gardnes and the breakfast but the rooms could do with a bit of sprucing up
