clean spacious room , very pleasant stay

Nice hotel and well kept inside and out.

Location

Poor conditions, very noisy heavy construction renovations early am and all day. Shower drain inoperable stood in 8” of water while showering. Complimentary breakfast poor donuts stale, as well as muffins very little hot food left at 8:30 am Very disappointing.

I really like this hotel. It is cozy, clean, and conveniently located.

Liked cleanliness. Staff were courteous friendly and helpful. Hotel close to restaurants and stores seemingly in a safe area.

The stay was good the rooms were clean . The only thing that upset me i was told there would be a hot breakfast in the morning there was not there was fruit yogurt cereal breads oatmeal and hard boiled eggs i was not happ3

Staff was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was perfect. Things improve would be beds. Not comfortable and clean the details like elevator

First night the fire alarm went off twice.

We were in town for one night for a cheer competition and this place was amazing!! It had so much space for our family to all be able to get ready in! And the price was great compared to some of the other places we have travelled! Definitely plan to use them again!

The staff do not go out of their way to make you feel welcome at all. The rooms were awful, mine smelled like someone burning incense and I’m allergic to fragrances. The hallways were so dark and gloomy. The elevator was filthy in all corners and walls. I have never had a worse experience at a Hyatt hotel.

The lady at check in was coughing so bad that she probably shouldn’t have been working! The bathroom shower curtain bar is broke that needs to be fixed asap!

The front desk attendant at check-in was first rate: congenial, efficient and professional. He continued those trends throughout the stay. Unfortunately, his counterpart at checkout did not display similar qualities; that is, she appeared disinterested and slightly annoyed, although she did facilitate the mechanics of the checkout efficiently. The "hot" breakfast buffet items were lukewarm at best. Television selections and reception were poor. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. Lovely, immaculate room. I look forward to another stay, especially when renovations are completed.

We do a girls trip every year for the Vera Bradley Outlet sale. First time at Hyatt and we had our best stay ever. Comfy beds, lots of room, just mord than we expected.

The room was very nice and clean I enjoyed my visit I’ll be back again
