The Aqua Palms is a great hotel and the price is affordable.

All staff members are warm and professional. My room 802 is partial ocean view and very big room! There’s a brand new market next to this hotel. They have everything including fresh fruits, vegetables, homemade pizzas, burgers, salads, sweets, clothes and souvenirs and etc…

Great hotel and great location

I liked that there was things to do around there . I didn’t like that they only cleaned rooms every other day . That there was construction we were not made aware of prior .. that we had to find other parking because our van would not fit in the garage and they couldn’t tell us where to go . That all our rooms were not together even though I booked them all at the same time . You don’t get the option to bring your own beach towels they just charge you for them

Staff was very welcoming, location is right across the Hilton, and no less than a 5 min walk to the beach.

The room was small, as is the hotel itself, but the location was excellent and the room had a small fridge and microwave. A very good value for the price. The parking however, was expensive ($40) and the parking spaces small. So glad we got a smaller rental car, it would have been difficult to maneuver inside the parking area with a medium or larger one.

The hotel was doing some repairs, so there was paper runners in the hallways. Its an older hotel. The staff were excellent. The location was good. There was a waikiki trolley stop in front.

Great place for the price.

Was able to check in early but the room had a terrible smell. It was a strong musty or moldy smell. The bathroom sink is about to fall out of the countertop. It looks like the only thing holding it in is silicone. The hot water is EXTREMELY HOT, anyone with kids should be cautious.

Hotel is being upgraded on the top floors. Parking is horrible. You need a tiny car to move around the parking garage. It was terrifying. Staff was great. Room was great and clean. Our fridge didnt keep anything cold but i also didnt complain so im sure it would have been dealt with. Overall great experience except parking

Hidden fees! Paid more for "parking" then I did for my car rental and room.

The staff was amazing. The property was ongoing HVAC fan upgrade so the halls were covered in dirt covering paper so the rating of property couldn't be higher. As that was temporary, the overall condition was very good. Again I will emphasize, the staff was amazing.

The noise level at night is extremely loud, the glass should be thicker to block it out. I found hair in my shower upon check in, which made it seem as though it wasn’t properly cleaned and the room had a musty smell as well.
