Thiếu trách nhiệm với khách hàng . Đặt phòng từ 14h đến 18h vẫn không có booking ,, gây ức chế và làm hỏng kế hoạch tôi. Tôi sẽ không bao giờ đặt bất kỳ cái gì qua app này nữa

จองรถรับส่งแบบไปกลับทางอิเมล์คอนเฟิร์มราคาเรียบร้อยตั้งแต่ก่อนไป ไปถึงพนักงานผู้ชายมีอายุหน่อยๆคนนึงจะมาชาร์จราคา one way 2 เที่ยว ก็ได้โวยให้กลับไปดูอิเมล์ยืนยันจนมันยอม ล้อบบี้ยังกลิ่นสะอาดหน่อย พอไปที่ห้องเท่านั้นค่ะ กลิ่นก็อับ มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ห้องอื่นลอยเข้ามาอีก พื้นพรมก็สกปรก ห้องก็เก่าๆ ไม่น่าพักเลย ห้องน้ำก็เก่าๆ ไม่มีฝักบัวไม่มีที่ฉีด หากมาฮานอยอีกจะเลี่ยงที่นี่แน่นอนค่ะ ไม่พักอีกแล้ว มีข้อดีคือใกล้ห้าง แค่นั้นเลย

I came late at around 11:30PM, there was staff, I believe he did see me at the stairs to get into the lobby but I needed to carried my heavy suitcases to the lobby myself. Although the room is bigger than I thought, it is quite old, especially carpet and furniture. The breakfast buffet is not many choices compared with other same level hotel or even lower level that I stayed before. I want to say 5/10 for me, not considering the room rate yet. If we do consider or compare the room rate, it could be below average.

The staffs were nice but the room wasn't clean. We need to call service staff to clean it again. There's no mirror on the bathroom where it used to be.

I stayed at this hotel 11 nights on the 12th floor. Almost all services are good. Only WiFi connections in rooms are unstable.
