The breakfast was awful, there was nothing available except juice, minimal choices, no yogurt, no breakfast meat, only a couple of bagels and waffle. Also the hotel charged me twice and it still isn’t off my credit card, instead of charging me 450.00 they charged me 880.00!! I’m still waiting for the refund.

It was great for a weekend get away

Staff is great. Room is clean and quiet.

Loud annoying people in the room next to us, staff didn’t want to address the problem so I had to. Problem solved, but why should I be the one to do it?

There is nothing bad I can say about the hotel. Everything and everyone was amazing.

I had room 163 and the outside door didn’t seal very good but other than that it was comfortable

The front desk staff was amazing. She was extremely friendly and helpful during my whole staff. And i feel like she went above and beyond to accommodate to me. And that is why i did not bother her with this next part. My room wasn't properly cleaned. The bathroom waa the cleanest part of my room and my sheets were cleaned. And because of that and because of the front desk lady i did not complain. And i know if i would of said something to her she would of immediately switched my room but i was already tired and unpacked. So that is on me. The carpet was covered in visible dirt and ashes. Food and alcohol was left in the refrigerator. And the table surfaces were sticky and dirty. The phone in the room did not work at all. And the toilet paper rolls were both near empty. Again the front desk lady already went above and beyond for me. And i was tried after work and traveling and already unpacked before i noticed. And im positive if i would of said something i would of been moved so again that is my own fault. And i have stayed at this hotel more than a few times. Cleanliness has never been a issue with this hotel before. My rooms have always been up to acceptable standards. I do have photos but it's not allowing me to upload at this time.

The tv and telephone didn’t work in my room. I spoke with the staff about it and they were going to send maintenance to take a look at everything. Maintenance never came the 2 days I stayed. Housekeeping stopped by and also told me that maintenance should be by to check things out but never did….

Easy access for a quick stay. Staff was helpful and room was clean.

Very clean, comfortable, friendly, and a good value. Value. The location is not the greatest as it could be a bit noisy at night but there were no problems.

Mother/daughter stopover on the way to upstate New York. Ground floor room with easy access to walk our 2 dogs in a very nice grassy area. Check in was very pleasant, sweet girl at the checkin. Breakfast was also accommodating with a very helpful staff right there.

Our room was clean, and really quiet. Slept soundly.

Excellent staff- both at front desk and the women preparing the breakfast items. My room was clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good. I would definitely stay here again. Location ok! Very centrally located. No complaints whatsoever! Front office Manager Annalise- very friendly and helpful.
