Lack of housekeeping. One bed had stain on top sheet. Asked them to change sheet next day and they did not. Theu just made the bed

Our room had human and pet hair all over the pillows, sheets and bed cover. There was a layer of dust over the coffee maker, and a giant spider in the washroom. They did move us to another room, which was free of pet hair, but just as dusty. The front desk staff was friendly though. No toiletries in the washroom, towels left a layer of fuzz all over our bodies.

Place garbage bins outside of the entrance. Garbage accumulating around the front of the building.

It was a great stay. The room was clean, a bit dated, and comfortable, guest laundry facilities were very cheap, restaurant menu is decent, friendly staff and reasonable prices. The location is close to shopping and is a close walk to the brewery 😊.

everything was fine but keep your receipt for damage deposit they didn't put it on their computer! good thing I kept mine

Dirty area, hotel is friendly but has a consistent marijuana smell. Not the best

Nice ocean front views from higher floors. Exterior of building is a bit run down but interior was nice enough. Staff were very nice.

Very reasonable price. Breakfast was a very reasonable price and big portions $10 off coupon made the price very reasonable.

The only thing i didn't like was being called Maam 20 times in the course of one conversation lol other than that everything was great. Nice breakfast too

Not worth the price. Dont expect a bar of soap. You will get a commercial hand soap dispenser instead. Body wash in the shower was empty. Not refilled when housekeeping came in. Crumbs on the nightstand upon check in. No AC

Boil water advisory posted yet we were only allowed 1 bottle for 2 people upon arrival. retrieved water cup by cup from lobby. Hotel should hv forewarned us so we could bring appropriate containers. Some inconsiderate moron smoked marijuana on our floor so we had to switch to another floor due to allergies. Pillows extremely uncomfortable & old towels need to be updated.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was not clean (found hair in the shower and dust mites in our ice bucket), and the walls were very thin. The staff were wonderful tho

Great staff, terrible breakfast, shady area with no dedicated parking, pretty pricy for what it is.

Staff were wonderful the room next to us was extremely loud but the staff made up for that

Room was not clean. Heating does not work. Basic room amenities are not there. Poor standards for a hotel.
