Very kind and helpful staff

All good for an overnight near the airport. Restaurants and groceries nearby and close to Barajas metro. Also McDonalds and BK nearby if you're in need if a quick feed. Tapas restaurant across the street

El hotel en el sexto piso NO tiene elevador. El baño no tenía jabón El aire acondionado tarda 40 minutos en funcionar. Pedí salir 30 minutos después lo aceptaron y desactivaron la llave del cuarto. El personal es muy amable pero no cubren las deficiencias de instalaciones del hotel.

Excelente opción por ubicación y precio. Muy bien desayuno buffet.

Had to find a hotel near the airport due to a cancelled flight. Was easy to book and good accommodations. The shuttle offered by the hotel made it even easier.

Reception was very helpful and the room was exceptionally tidy. If you have an overnight layover in Madrid, consider staying here. It’s a nearby hotel in the town of Barajas that’s a 5min walk from the metro to get inside Barajas. The town is great with a lot shops and amenities. Would stay here again next time I layover in Madrid.

Everything was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, parking available for a reasonable price. Just the room was a bit small.

This is a good hotel if you are having a short stay (1-2 nights). Also, the staff are very nice, attentive and helpful. However, the hotel is old and needs refurbishment and updating of its rooms and amenities (no mini fridge in the room). So, it really depends on how long you are staying.

Having a brief stay between flights overnight and a late arrival we were met by a most obliging night manager Rafael who explained that the lift had broken and that he would assist us. This he did way above our expectations and for which he deserves a medal for carrying heavy luggage up four floors then only a few hours later carrying it down again for us. Bed was excellent as was the bathroom.

Lots of restaurants nearby, just a 5 minute drive to Madrid airport. The triple room was quite small, so was the bathroom and shower
