Awesome property and service. Great breakfast - highest quality food with formal/unobtrusive service. Beautiful quiet rooms (we had 2 rooms). Convenient to S-bahn & U-bahn (subway/elevated trains). Area is very quiet at night and not a large variety of restaurants. Great location to all of Berlin’s tourist spots.

Fabulous hotel. Everything was top class and all the staff were fantastic. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Berlin. Perfect location.

The hotel is beautiful in a fantastic area near Brandenburg Gate. My room was very comfortable. The lobby restaurant and outdoor restaurant offer good options but are both very expensive. There is a breakfast buffet that has a multitude of options. The staff are responsive and attentive. I didn’t realize that when I booked my room I would be in a section of the hotel that is quite far away from the main hotel section. They have different elevators to access the pool requiring me to walk long passages in never ending hallways. This was actually quite stressful for me. I did have staff members go out of their way to help me so I appreciate that. If you’re up for a splurge and don’t mind spending a lot of money the location can’t be beat.

Great location next to Brandenburg Gate and within walking distance to many major attractions. The room facing the interior courtyard was incredibly quiet. Superb selections for their breakfast buffet. Highly recommend it.

Staff and amenities were excellent. Staff did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay.

My stay was quite disappointing. The room was very small, and the furniture was old, worn out, and in clear need of maintenance. I reached out to the staff to request an upgrade or a room exchange—even offering to pay for it—but received no response or assistance. Despite asking to speak with a manager, no one followed up with me to address my concerns. Overall, the lack of service and attention made for a frustrating experience that did not meet expectations.

Great location, a lot of history. Overly expensive for what it had to offer and check in was terrible. Person wasn’t personable, understanding nor polite, almost played how she disliked us for what ever reason.

Great service, great property and world class breakfast buffett

The hotel is very centrally located near the Brandenburg gate. Despite the busy location, the atmosphere in the hotel was quiet and serene. Our deluxe room was large and very comfortable. Service in the hotel was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the outstanding breakfast buffet.

Hotel is well situated and we were able to walk to all historic and sightseeing places. It is only a few minutes walk from the Parliament and 20 minutes walk from Checkpoint Charlie. KA DE WE store is also not very far. It is 50 minutes walk or a 10 minute taxi drive. It is a pleasant walk , most of it through the Tiergarten. The hotel is a 5 star hotel. There are many good dining options nearby.

The stay at the Adlon was a real treat. We took my mum for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed the tea time in the afternoon and the breakfast buffet. The hotel location is unbeatable and feels very safe. You can easily sightsee and go to restaurants within short walking distance.

The hotel is in a perfect location, public areas are very nice, and the history of the hotel is interesting. Our room was not ready so they moved us to a different room - quite sure not at the same level we paid for. Front desk staff is very pleasant although not overly quick. Long lines to check in, no follow up from front desk on a water delivery. Bellmen were wonderful! Beds are very firm and pillows are soft (terribly soft)! Bathroom is the size of a closet. Would not stay there again if I were to return to Berlin.
