decent location. hotel a little dated, wont blow you away but a pleasant stay

great location, metro is just across the street but you can also walk. staff is super nice and very helpful, rooms are great, nice design, elevator and a really good breakfast buffet! Will definitely stay there again!!

Great property on a really lovely part of the city. Near metro station and could be easily walk to tourist parts if you don’t mind walking around 15-20 minutes. Staff were professional and assisted with requests and queries. Breakfast was decent and plentiful. Loved the complimentary water, drinks and treats in the room around the hotel. A beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beds were very comfy and the fact that it has AC (very quiet one) made a big difference. Loved this place, close to train stations and dining options.

Very nice hotel in a good location, with a spacious modern bathroom, and wonderful bed, pillows, linens and bathrobes. We were happy with our choice.

Great place to stay

Lovely hotel, our room with a balcony was really nice. Good location near a metro. My only complaint is no coffee or milk for tea in the room, even after asking! Also no bar or restaurant.

An excellent place to stay in the centre of Madrid.

The room was excellent. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower in the bathroom was amazing! The staff at reception, especially Rene, were very friendly informative, and helpful with every interaction. Would absolutely stay again

Very clean and modern hotel room, has everything you need. Also very ideal area close to metro

Overall was excellent. The only thing is that the mini fridge was too noise during the night and I couldn’t sleep. Also I could hear people on the corridors. Rather than that, the staff was lovely, the look was contemporary and cool. Everything was clean. I will be back.

Overall, it's a great hotel. My only complaint is that the bathroom has absolutely NO PRIVACY. It has a sliding glass door with the toilet right next to it—yes, you can see the silhouette and hear everything.

Funky decor, clean room, nice bathroom, excellent location. I wish the breakfast had been a little cheaper.

One of my worst experiences. Two big issues: The room smelled of cigaret smoke and the people were really noisy, never seen anything like it before. At all hours of the night and multiple times, yelling, throwing things and slamming doors! Never again!
