Front desk staff was very professional and kind!

Front desk person was so nice! The room has been renovated. It has a microwave and fridge. The breakfast was hot, yummy and free. Thank you!

Wish I would’ve know ahead of time this location would be under renovation. The halls looked sketchy getting off the elevator and the door to the room swings outward which is very concerning. My room had no trash can, hangers, iron, ironing board and shower did not work so I had to wash up at the sink. I will never stay here again!

The price for the reservation was different when I checked in and I didn't understand why.

The room stunk of cigarette smoke and it was very dirty in the room. Not to mention the hotel is under renovation so it’s loud randomly throughout the day and night. Do not stay here it’s not as advertised.

The stay was horrible they had no bath clothes for the whole 3 day stay. Ice machines were out of service and the hallways smell was terrible. I had to ask the service desk person to check unoccupied rooms for wash cloths after day one. The next day we just decided to go buy our own. If the hotel is under construction it needs to be posted on the site.

The young man that checked me in with both my rooms was AMAZING. Even though he said he had no sleep, he still made it an excellent experience.

Convenient

Property was being renovated in the lobby and the rest of the hotel was outdated.

The staff was pleasant but the property was in shambles. In fairness, they are under reconstruction but that would’ve been nice to know prior to the booking.

The desk attendant was very helpful in making sure I got my room and was checked in promptly. The lobby has some slightly dated furniture yet very clean as well as the room and bathroom was very clean and orderly. There is a security officer on the premise in the lobby and parking lot so it feels very safe. I will surely consider this location for future visits.

Nothing that i didnt like

The properly is under renovation ,I would have like to know that prior. The breakfast area was very cold, the rooms had burn marks on the lamp and the shower did not work properly ,it was barely any water coming out , could not take a shower. The outside area was poorly lit, and you could look up and see all the dark vacant rooms at night . Looks like the elevator is coming up for inspection on the paper posted and its definitely rusted.

Couldn’t sleep peacefully i heard someone banging on the door beside me at 1am in the morning so i called the front desk cause it was getting out of hand

Comfortable . Quiet place ! I would book again !
