We were in town for a swim meet on a rainy weekend and it was so convenient to be able to access the pools, coffee shops, market and our hotel room without having to head out into the wet weather. Staff was kind and helpful and the room was fantastic.

Hotel are nice and clean, closed to restaurants and market. Easy to get around by walking.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating from the moment I arrived, until I checked out. The food was amazing; and room service was fast and friendly! Look forward to returning!

No complaints

This is a great quiet hotel with comfy beds bathtub, fridge and microwave in room. Staff is very friendly. Cookies at reception is a bonus. Also enjoyed the wonderful hot tub and indoor pool. Will definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in the Saint John area.

Plus us the breakfast buffet.good service, clean spaciou room. Only negatives were a sticking door opener and low shower head in the bathroom.

Don't come this hotel. 1:parking is inconvenient.they charged too much in parking.even garage parking.the way to garage parking is not easy,far and stairs dirty.if you walk in the night ,you will feel uncomfortable.in saint john they charges over 20 dollar for far and dirty garage parking. 2:hotel is old and dirty.it seems not like delta or Marriott standards.the ac is very loudly. 3:front desk attitude is ok but too good.need more patient. In a word don't go here

It’s a little dated but they have an awesome staff which more than makes up for it.
