Central location. Lots of homeless nearby. Don’t venture too far off main streets.

Close location to the hockey arena/ Guess Who concert was the best selling point.

If you want an outdated room, then go there. No plug-ins for electronics and beds were not queen beds.

Starbucks inside the hotel was helpful. Staff was good. Busy surroundings, but we know what to expect in a typical busy downtown commercial neighborhood.

It’s an older hotel than what’s depicted in the photos. There was a fire in the building on our floor which left a very unpleasant nauseating smell. I asked for an air purifier to clean the air but was denied. We could not be moved to another room so we had to find an alternative hotel for the night and because we booked online we were not reimbursed. We left the hotel regardless of the lack of reimbursement. The elevators were not working so we had to haul luggage down the stairs from the fourth floor. For an elderly couple, this was not satisfactory nor safe.

Great location in the heart of downtown. All good and would give 5 stars across the board except the shower was just awkward.

The check in process was very slow. I understand it was very busy with a long line up, so staff accordingly. I parked in the attached parkade, and asked at check in if that was ok. She took my license plate number and said they would charge my room for parking, and that everything was fine. She then asked for my email address, and finally got us checked in. The next morning after we left, I didn't get an email receipt, plus we had an $80 parking ticket on the windshield for non registration of the vehicle. I had to phone the hotel service desk ( took a long time to get through), and provide my email address again, because they had written it down wrong. I asked for my room receipt, which they sent, and which clearly showed I had paid for parking. They agreed they would cancel the parking ticket. The stay itself was fine, and the room was clean.

I attended a concert and the hotel is walking distance from the venue.

I wish there was a microwave in the room. going to the 12th floor was a problem.

The hotel room was dirty! The bathroom was not clean at all. Hair everywhere. Not even the counters were wiped down (I found a nail on the counter next to the sink). So the counters were not clean and they place new, fresh towels on the counter?! How is that hygienic?

The Radisson was incredibly welcoming especially as a pet-friendly hotel! All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast one of the days of our stay and it was delicious! Parking is directly connected to the building with in-and-out privileges, it is a parking garage. We would highly recommend anyone who is travelling with a pet!

Room was clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Being located downtown was okay. The city seemed to have a lot of businesses that were shut in the area. I also noticed that the google hours didn't always match reality. Outside was dirty and dusty - probably due to the large amount of sand they used for snow clearing and stuff. We enjoyed the restaurant on the 12th floor. It was super convenient. They had a dinner and breakfast buffet - which i didn't do. Food looked great, but didn't feel like eating that much. They did have a real salad bar, kind of reminiscent of the 90s, a few types of leafy materials, onions, olives, fruit...so at least one option for vegetarians as far as fresh food goes.

The restaurant was awful dirty windows and steak was actually a small steak Sandwiches for $45! They wouldn’t give me another receipt when I list original so not helpful! Iron went uber hot then steamed everywhere and died but ruined a skirt. Never staying there again

Staff was friendly though the front door was not accessible and this seemed odd. Room was very clean and location was close to restaurants and a dollar store
