We arrived very late but the lady on the front desk was lovely and so welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and clean and large and the shower was amazing. Only slight feedback is if you’ve booked a room with two guests please provide two towels!

Hotel perfect as usual BUT. I have spent 50 years travelling in UK and internationally. Yesterday I experienced the BEST. Check in experience I have ever had on the hands on an amazing lady called Beverley, it would take too long to explain how good she was but if anyone at Hilton reads this get someone to call me

Room was cold with little heat coming from air conditioning. Bath had a nice level of mould around the edge. Breakfast was pretty terrible for the £19 it cost. Hilton need to understand that they need to deliver the consistency of premier inn otherwise they will continue to lose market share. Colleague had the same experience.

Staff were lovely and so accommodating, nothing was too much, food was lovely, room was clean and bathroom was lovely. The only downside was the spa it’s quite small, hot tub wasn’t very warm and had bits in it. I’d still go again though.

The staff were friendly and our visit started off quite nicely but due to a fire we had to wait outside the hotel in the cold for 2 hours at 3:30am in the morning. We were not given that time back as a late check out and to make matters worse there was no power in the morning and no hot water! Had to shower in a dark bathroom with cold water. I understand that these things happen when there’s a fire but as a paying customer it’s not our fault either. There was no compensation for this.

stay was good. food was good, service was good. Unfortunately there was no way to contact the hotel directly to let them know i was arriving a day later than planned, or to change the room as i no longer needed the accessible room. On the booking website it would only allow me to change the room/dates at a cost, and phoning the hotel put me through to head office who told me to go through the booking site.
