Excellent stay could not have been happier with everything catered for staff friendly and helpful

Pleasant suburban feel in a nice city on our way to Asturias

Very nice hotel, staff were efficient and friendly. Amenities were excellent, rooms clean and well maintained.

I can’t say enough the hotel is beautiful. The area is beautiful nine minutes till one of the most beautiful beaches and Broad walks. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cooks. Too the housekeeping I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Excellent Hotel

Room was ok, not many toiletries left for us in the room. Didnt eat at the hotel as there are plenty of placea to eat within a short distance.

As last time a good experience except there appeared to be a disco until 4am so next year will request a high room.

Great location, very short walk to the beach. Hotel was lovely, well furnished and clean. Staff could have been friendlier, and location-wise there weren't too many restaurants to choose from.

A relaxing comfortable stay in a hotel close to stunning beach and coastline

The hotel, the location and the staff were all really good. The only downside was the weekend we chose to go there happened to be when there was some motorbike convention. We were on the 5th floor with a sea view only to be woken at 7.30 each morning by revving motorbikes.

Booked this place at short notice when our plans changed. Lovely place in a great neighbourhood.

The hotel is located a short walk from the beach. It is a very comfortable hotel, and good value for money. There is a lovely walk along the seafront towards the city centre.

Staff could have been a little more friendly.

I would have liked an iron in the room.

It is a very old building, which has not been maintained well. We were given room 101 that faced the backyard and smelled throughout. We tried complaining but they didn’t understand. Overall would rate it as 3 star

Great location and clean. If you like sleep ask for a room away from the front entrance bar. Breakfast was not great value for money. Reception was poor on arrival, no information was relayed as to breakfast times etc.
