Very good location, front of hotel, train station, hyde park and bus stop, near the crowds and malls, the rooms are quite spacious and clean.

Great location within 15 minutes walking distance to Opera House, Darling Harbour or Chinatown. Room is big and staffs are friendly.

everything as expected, all the staffs are responding warmly and quickly, thumbs up for the reception staffs and especially the concierge. Staffs delivering luggage so efficient and very quick, even to quick that regretfully when I was to tip the staff was already gone. Rooms, location, facilities as expected. In conclusion, Sheraton delivered what u expected from a 5 star hotel which is not only quality accommodation but also quality of services all over
