This is a 4 star disguised as a 3. The staff were excellent throughout — friendly, switched on, helpful and and just easy to deal with. The bed was a genuinely very comfortable superking. I slept properly well every night, which I don’t take for granted in hotels. Rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and well looked after, and the location was perfect too. I can't wait to come back to this city and to stay again at this hotel. Impressive.

A decent hotel. You get what you pay for, which is a decent room with the essentials, a.k.a. comfortable bed, good shower, enough space to storage your belongings, and a good service. The room was quite warm to me, about 21°C. But very comfortable for the wife, so just a preference matter. The view was...nothing as I looked right on other rooms, but that is alright. There was no toilet brush, which is interesting. The door in between the bathroom and bedroom is quite thin and not fully closed, fine for a married couple but perhaps uncomfortable for those who are not. Location good, close enough to metro and bus stations. You can also leave your bags in their locker after check-out. Breakfast was okay, not too much variation but alright.

This hotel surprised me very positively. The staff is really nice and competent, there was filtered water available in our floor which was so helpful especially at night. The only downside I would say it’s that we lost a piece of clothing that was probably taken by room cleaners by mistake, but other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

location is slightly far from center and bus/metro stations which could be annoying after long days of walking, but overall we had a pleasent experience here, room service would tidy beds empty trash and organize the beds and such, our room was pretty messy so we didnt leave them room to do much else probably. the breakfast food was very tasty, and the staff was friendly and helpful

Small details that matter! I left the room and forgot my AirPods. When I came back for the bags I had left out they immediately told me I had left them. I hadn’t realized. It seems like something that should be a given, but unfortunately it’s not the case. Great service
