It was a great place to stay if you are looking for an inexpensive stop close to Petrified Forest NP! Not fancy, but clean, felt safe, and well reviewed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay; you get what you pay for on that. Would stay again!

There was a horrible tapping noise in the wall. It sounded like a refrigerator was running and the tv didnt work.

The desk clerk was wonderful. Housekeeping should check hand and body wash dispensers. Luckily i always carry soap.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room and parking were great. Breakfast could have been a little better. No eggs of waffles, which other comparable hotels offer for breakfast.

The bathroom had human hair throughout the bath. Not sure if it wasn't cleaned properly or whether the hair all settled on the tub after cleaning. ;-) Breakfast was included. However, there were no celiac-friendly options, aka no breakfast. The restaurant on site said the first choice for dinner was still frozen 20 minutes after ordering and advised to accept something different since it was still frozen. Dinner finally arrived 50minutes after ordering. The fish was crumb coated in breadcrumbs. The restaurant was clear re the patron’s celiac status; the waitress went away and came back again and said they could cook a fresh meal but they could not guarantee how long the wait would be because the restaurant was busy. upon further questioning the waitress could not promise a replacement meal within 30 minute. When patrons went to fix the bill, the waitress said "i just usually suck it up if i am given a meal that has gluten in it'. Heavily edited because review has been rejected multiple times. This is why reviews aren’t worth it, because they do t let you be 100% honest or detailed so that others can see the background and realize it’s not just someone that is complaining for the sake of it.

Location was good for visiting Petrified Forest. Wish there had been more breakfast choices but it did say continental breakfast.

The GreenTree Inn was a nice surprise. It was updated, clean, and comfortable. The nicest place we’ve stayed at for a good price!

Clean clean clean. Good and recent renovation. Breakfast a bit limited but still ok. Would come here again!

Good value for price. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. All amenities worked. TV was good size for the room, but Direct TV box very slow. Towels could have been better quality (size and softness). Night attendant both friendly and organized for check-in. Breakfast was very minimal with no cooked food.

A good room for the price.

This was a quick stop through, thank gosh. If we could have cancel and got a different hotel we would have, the bed is hard. Room was nasty. Toliet had not been cleaned. No one cares when calling office. Trash along walk ways. Housekeeping walk right past it.
