Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day. No air con but fans are provided. Large spacious family room with 1 double and 2 singles. Lots of clothes storage. Some of the furniture and decor is a bit tired. Room was a bit noisy from road below. No leisure facilities but were able to use the nearby Monterey which was also fabulous. Amazing roof terrace at the Royal. Bar food in both hotels was lovely and same friendly service in both. Would recommend.

Rooms are a bit dated windows didn't close properly so noisy the room was very hot and had a damp smell Staff were friendly and helpful . Food bit limited

Nice large room with terrace area. Very thin walls and ceiling so a lot of noise from other guests. No air conditioning in 31 C heat. Fans provided but still too hot.

Wonderful stay, was upgraded without asking, however, shower temperature was quite disappointingly cool, needs to be warmer please!

Lovely stay at the Royal Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was fine, beds not the most comfortable, maybe a little too warm. Location a short walk from center of town. Breakfast selection was very good, as it was out of season it was not a buffet, but cooked to order. Free car parking is a big positive. Overall a good stay!

For our requirements it was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. very convenient location. We will definitely return

O nly problem with room 112 is traffic noise.

Staff were universally excellent and hard working. Hotel clean but a little tired.

Fantastic staff and lovely hotel. Extremely uncomfortable bed which was at an angle so I kept rolling towards the edge. Great breakfast and fantastic location

I booked this hotel fairly last minute during the Battle of Flowers week so there was not much choice. I was very happy with our stay and the value for money. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great being a short walk into the centre of St Helier. I would definitely recommend it.

I loved my stay at Best Western Royal Hotel. The staff were lovely, always smiling and very helpful with anything you need. They were able to allow us to stay about 1hr more after checkout as our flight was later in the afternoon. I am glad I didnt get a room in premier inn which was about 3mins walk. My other oarty were booked there and compared with our experience with Best western was far far better. We also enjoyed their restaurant area. I even invented my other company to come and enjoy their dinner there and they even came back one more time where my grandma was helped by 3 lovely gentlemen. The receptionist was so amazing and always had a smile on her face. The waiting staff were always approachable as well.
