While most of the staff was very helpful and kind, one member was unpleasantly not. I had an issue when my reservation from an online platform didn't go through the hotel. As a front desk she did not offer any solution but left me hanging when she said she'll escalate the issue and notify me. After a couple hours I asked again and only after I ask for a solution then she told me what to do. This really blew the whole staying experience. Doesn't matter how good the place is if there is an issue with getting the room itself.
