Clean hotel, reception were lovely and even gifted my daughter a present for her birthday. Lovely toy area for children to play in. Only issue we had was that the room was very hot and aircon wouldn’t turn on and we were next door to a room that had dogs barking all night - wasn’t aware that dogs could stay at the hotel.

The hotel has potential but clearly is not at a 4 star level. The room did not have A/C which proved to be an issue as the room got very hot for some reason. More importantly, the shower did not work properly neither in terms of fixtures (which appeared to be loose) nor in terms of the temperature (I could not get the water beyond lukewarm level despite trying everything)- here I am not sure if it wasn’t “too late” as my shower was around 11pm..Anyways, sink water seemed OK when I used it temperature wise. On the positive side, there is a small gym and also a poll (small too- also not usable at the time of this review) and a sauna. Again, some care and love would be appreciated in terms of these facilities. Size is also insufficient for how large is the hotel. Staff was nice and trying to accommodate as best they could. Big issue is also the noise from the nearby highways where Batmans and Robins are up till mightnight and early risers too. Overall I would say, a 6/7 out of them. With some improvements, it could be a good one, as location is good and there is potential.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room, however, has no a/c (a fan was provided though), the beds are EXTREMELY hard (but not lumpy or slanted), and the pillows are about as thick and fluffy as a dryer sheet. There is a small fridge, bathroom in the room, and there are two small elevators. It is VERY close to McDonald's, TGIF Friday's, and the cruise port.

No pool as advertised on Expedia. We pury chose this hotel for our stay to make use of the pool. Children were excited, went down in our swimgear only for reception to tell us the pool has been closed since May and they have frequently asked expedia to remove the pool from their adverts. Either way we were not aware of this and have paid a price for a hotel with a pool and sauna etc when actually we just had a room for 2 nights.

Close to the cruise port for ongoing travels. Tgi Fridays and Mcdonalds literally on your doorstep. Large rooms but no AC. Looking a bit tired but clean.

The food offerings were really poor. Only half the menu in the restaurant available. Poor quality food when it arrived. Room service breakfast cold and some ordered items not available. The room was ok for a one night stay.

Staff excellent, however its an older building and some of the main fittings are getting a little worn although the bed and furniture is all fine. No aircon was ok in september but I wouldnt go back when its higher temperatures. not even any biscuits to have with my tea. would probably save the money and book into the ibis or ibis budget across the carpark next time.

Staff really helpful organised taxis to centre. Clean room. Bathroom set up inconvenient with toilet on own and bath hard to get in and out of especially for older people. Extra cup and towel for the third person on sofa bed but not tea cup or hand towel. Convenient location.
