Hard to call it a continental breakfast. Bread for toast was dried out. Orange juice that in colour only. No eggs. Didn’t dare try the coffee.

There wasn’t a remote in the room for the tv. But the staff came quickly and gave us one.

The room was visibly dusty. Bathroom was not clean by any means and the linen was all stained yellow. Perhaps adding bleach to it would help. The staff were super kind and the foyer was cozy to play cards in.

Clean but front staff needs to learn customer service skills as they all lack it and smell sweatty.

You need to install door openers for mobility disabled people. When nobody is at the front desk, it is impossible for somebody to enter your establishment on their own. You should also have an opener on the door going into the rooms on first floor. This is law. Shocking to have this experience in 2026! Super 8 Sudbury you need to do a lot better!!!! I had to ask the guests having their breakfast this am to hold open the doors for me so I could leave the hotel this morning because there was nobody at the front desk. Understandably everybody needs to use the washroom or emergencies happen, but this is a perfect example of why you should have those door openers installed ASAP. Nice and quiet. Easy parking.

Very clean

They charged me 80$ for pet fee when they said it was 25 plus tax. The beds were not clean, the bathroom was also dirt. Hair in the shower from the previous people and stains in the shower curtains.

Staff was extremely lovely and able to accommodate earlier check in.
