We moved by taxi but accidentally realized that we did not have enough cash with us at that time. We tried to ask the receptionist for help to pay the taxi driver via QR scan, and we would pay them back after exchanging money. However, one of the receptionists was very unhelpful and rudely said to us, “This is a hotel, not an exchange room.” I have never experienced such poor service before. Especially when we were abroad, we had no one to rely on at that moment, so this attitude made us feel very disappointed and helpless.

I was relieved to see that there were staff members who could speak Japanese. There were only one set of amenities for one person. There was no toothbrush set.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location wise, not the best if you want to go around city with public transport and not a lot of street food nearby as you need to walk to the end of street to find some street food vendors and 711. The hotel lobby and the room that we got was nice and modern but hotel corridor, elevator and bathroom still not renovated and look old. Some room also has carpet floor instead of wood floor. Bed is really big and comfortable.

The hotel is great in service, 5-star qualified. And this review gives you the info that you cannot find elsewhere while doing the research on Bangkok accommodation, especially when you are traveling with an infant. - Main road that you must pass if you need to go to the hotel is always busy, best shortest way is to walk. - The hotel locates in a quiet road compared to the busy Sukhumvit area. It gives you the tranquil vibes and definitely not need to worry about traffic noise, about 200m walk to the main road but isolated enough. Noise insulation is also good. - Few 7-11 around the corners, 5-min walk. - The hotel is old, so the furnitures and room design are outdated. Still comfy enough, but aware that: >> The TV is cable only, no access to Internet or Youtube. I do white noise to put my baby to sleep and had to improvise since I cannot open Youtube to play the sound. >> If you come from SEA, no toilet bum guns, be prepared >> The bathroom wash basin is made of marble, it gives the cold touches. If you have to quick wash your baby it might be too cold. >> No proper closets, only a small space to hang clothes. No bathroom robes. >> Pool is there but a bit small. It’s not busy most of the time except during the afternoon when some go there for tanning. - Staffs are indeed super friendly and professional. - Hotel provides free shuttle tuktuk, unlike Movenpick, it only rides on Sukhumvit 18 and 20 roads, which are small roads that connect with the main road. So if you plan to go to Terminal 21, you need to walk instead. I book the hotel partly because I expect to use the tuktuk but end up never using the service. - Stroller is possible but you will need to wheel it on the road most of the time because the pavement is not convenient Overall, the experience was 4 star for me, some minor uncomfy details and most of all, the busy area that is the minus point for me

Overall, the hotel is quite spacious, the lobby is large, beautiful and eye-catching. The swimming pool is also very good, open until 10pm so you still have enough time to enjoy it after going out. Breakfast is okay. However, the quality of the rooms needs to be improved. I saw white mold in the wardrobe, because I didn't use it, I didn't ask the hotel to fix it right away. But this problem may not be noticed by many customers to review. The bathroom door seal is not tight, so when I shower, the water flows from the shower to the floor outside, and when I step out, I am soaked, which is quite uncomfortable. The staff are friendly, when I need help, they are always happy to help. Thank you very much. Room is spacious and near to many eateries; Emsphere is 10 minutes away, walking distance.

Hotel location is good, but renovation work is going on at the hotel premises. They are upgrading and it should be ready in a few weeks. Very near to Asok metro station as well. Breakfast is yum 😋

Good to experience the old fashion style hotel once in a while. They have all you need. Strong AC. The hospitality of the staff there is impressive. The food at Mexican restro is delicious.

well the room are nice, they have good location, and provide free tuktuk to the sukhumvit road. ah and they have taxi call too so its kind of easy to go anywhere from here, but remember the street outside are traffic area and I sincerely don't know why. they not in the main street so you can sleep peacefully, on top of the hotel they have restaurant and lounge which was nice and have good price
