This hotel was really great in terms of service and comfort. There are actually 2 hotels that are slightly apart but run as one which got a bit confusing but it all worked out because the staff was so great. Asked for a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and they were great in accommodating. Staff so nice in asking us if we needed reservations or maps or suggestions. Rooms small but comfortable. Lift is tiny! 2 people plus a small bag each was pretty much all it could accomodate. The best part was the location! So convenient to so many restaurants, bakeries and shopping. Highly recommend.

MOST OF THE TIME NOBODY WAS AT THE RECEPTION . SO I CLAPPED OR SHOUT IN ORDER TO GET SOMEONE.

The location is very convenient, staff friendly and welcoming. The room was small, but clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was good enough to start a day. A perfect place to stay!

Nice hotel in an excellent location in Bordeaux. A very quiet little street/alley right beside the Intercontinental Hotel. Front desk staff gets mixed reviews, a couple were extremely helpful, a couple were not. Breakfast was okay but one day I had to chase down the receptionist to try and get coffee. The bedroom was not spacious but certainly adequate. Luckily the bathroom was very modern, spacious and well equipped.

Excellent reception team for international travelers. Ideal location to a very pedestrian friendly town. I would like to return to Bordeaux and I would stay at this hotel again.

Location was outstanding!!! Centre of EVERYTHING! A bit confusing since there are two different buildings. Rooms were VERY small....hard to fit luggage and manouvre around during night time. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was ok, clean and friendly. Pity about everything else in the room, including water and coffee had to be paid for. These are always free everywhere I stay.

The shower was fabulous! I loved the Nuxe products. The property is conveniently located and a good size for French hotels. The bathroom is wonderful, with large vanity area, rain shower, as well as a hand held, and the glass almost goes all of the way across so you don’t get the floor wet. I will definitely stay here when I return.

The staff were welcoming, helpful in locating restaurants, and answered all our questions. It was centrally located and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

Location is great

Very centrally located and walkable to many different sites. Next to a Tram station. So many restaurants in the area as well coffee shops. Mathilde at reception was so nice and used her local knowledge to circle key points on the map for us, she is very passionate about her job and city.

Location, location, location. Right in the city centre, with a short walk to everything.

Very convenient location right next to Grand Theater, tram stop, Rue Catherine shopping street and restaurants. Short walk to the river as well. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable.
