Stunning facility that was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with my upgrade and meal at the restaurant. The bar was also great. The only disappointment was that my 6am wake-up call didn't come as I requested. Otherwise, very happy.

My daughter and I had a wonderful 4 nights staying at Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens. Skye and Mark were especially helpful with check in after a transatlantic flight. Can’t wait for our next visit at Hotel du Vin

Wonderful room complete with sun room and outside patio. The shower/bathroom downstairs was huge and wonderfully warm with underfloor heating. Felt really spoiled staying there.

From the moment we arrived to our departure, everything was perfect. Spotless well equiped room, very friendly and chatty staff.

Great hospitality

The staff we dealt with were excellent and made us feel welcome. The suite was an upgrade from a Junior Suite, and it was well worth it. The only slight gripe was that the dining area was being used for a private party, so the bar was full up with people eating. If the bar was quieter, or had seats available, we'd have spent some more time there.

Large room, huge bathroom. Lovely toiletries. Great selection of teas, coffees in the room. We especially like the Tunnocks caramel wafers. Bed so comfy!
