The receptionist is very welcome and very helpful especially Lily and Shalini, they treat guests with friendliness and kinship. The hotel room is also clean. The place is also very strategic in the middle of Auckland City. Very close everywhere. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Great hotel, great service, recommended to all of tourist. Good Location just walk few meters to Skycity casino if you want to spend your time in casino. They have parking area only $30.00 but make sure your car enough But so far they are great hotel.

The reception staff were very helpful and great. But very disappointed because some of our apartments were given no kitchen stove, I booked 6 apartments, before I confirmed the booking I wrote to the hotel management asking about the kitchen facilities whether including the cooking stove, they replied and said "all our apartments have full facilities and are equipped with kitchen,' after I checked it I found out to 2 of the apartments got cooking stove. I complained to the hotel staff, they said more rooms were available for us to change, my group of family members were angry and frustrated after bringing in some cooking materials. So, if you want to book this apartment and wanted to cook don't expect too high.
