Tv did not properly fit inside the tv cabinet. It was too large for the cabinet so it was partially sticking out. Microwave was located behind the television and out of visibility. We had to physical pick up the television and place on the floor in order to use the microwave. When we called the front desk to ask for the managers name, the employee said he wasn’t allowed to give the managers name over the phone. In my 30 years of traveling, I have never experienced a microwave being placed inside and behind a tv cabinet.

First off there was no air conditioner in that room and it was like 90 degrees that night and two people kept banging on our door all night until sun came up, I reported these problems to the front desk a few times they said they couldn’t do anything no kind of compensation at all I’m very disappointed

Dirty and smelled. Had to wait to get into room and when we checked in bed was not made so no cleaning staff had been in there. Chairs in common areas were stained and common areas smelled. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel even without a refund because it was so bad

We requested a non smoking room, when we got to room it reeked of cigarette smoke. They did give us another room but it was not ADA as we requested. The manager said he would not charge us for the night. I need to know if that was communicated to Hotels.com

recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately discovered a bed bug in my room, clearly visible on the pillowcase. I immediately documented the incident with photos as evidence and reported it to the front desk. Despite providing clear proof, I was met with resistance and an unnecessarily difficult refund process. Instead of taking immediate action to inspect the room or offer a resolution, I was asked to jump through hoops—submitting emails and additional documentation—when the issue should have been taken seriously and resolved promptly on-site. This has been a deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience. No guest should have to go through this much trouble to prove what should have been addressed with urgency and professionalism. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle situations involving health and safety concerns.

The suite smelled horrible. After a long day of travel and a half hour waiting to check in, we got to the room and there was no soap or shampoo or conditioner. We had a total of two bath towels and one hand towel for the king suite. The on site restaurant was closed at 9:00 on a Friday night.

One guy at reception when we arrived. Nice guy, very professional, but one person can only do so much when 5 parties arrive at the same time and the phone won’t stop ringing. The place is clean and safe, but no shampoo in the bathroom.

Failed at every level! It took at least 15 minutes of standing around to just check in. I came later in the day so it should have been even faster. The room smelled like mold and cover up deodorizing spray, which made it smell even worse. The old, non smart tv, didn’t work properly. But my major issue was the ac didn’t keep up with cooling down the room which made it warm and uncomfortable all night and into the next day. Then the next day, as I was about to check out. No good morning or hello, the maid basic yelled asking me if I was checking out and which room. Finally I had to wait about 10 minutes or so for the front deck lady to come back to the office and check me out. Failed at every level! I would never come back and I highly recommend to not rent a room here.
