Great hotel for families that have loved ones in the hospital. My only complaint would be the beds were pretty hard but besides that everything was great

You could smell weed in the hallway and there was sign that said no smoking in the hotel. We asked a hotel employee to look into it and he made a comment and laughed about it. There was about 7 signs around the pool area that said no smoking in the pool area and on the hotel and hospital grounds. There was one person smoking in the pool area and swimming in his underwear, really nice to see, not. No security or they just didn’t care!

My room was very hard to find, the lady at front desk did not help at all, she was actually rude. My room was damp, sheets were damp and it was horrible to sleep on. I like the fact that if you have a love one in the hospital you can get a room for the night.

This hotel is part of a large cancer hospital. It's such a large facility that it was a little complicated to get around and access parking.

Great clean property. Pool is amazing.

Great atrium to meet others or relax. Refrigeration in the rooms always needed to be changed out. Management was excellent at resolving issues. Easily hear neighbors. Door shut and latch very hard, noisy. David is always curteous. Bianca was a great house keeper.

We have stayed there multiple times before. We really like staying there.

While the hotel itself was a nice place to stay (loved the atrium and amenities), I would not stay again due to the checkin/parking situation. There was nowhere to park to checkin which meant parking in the garage off to the side before check in.

Needs mini fridge maintenance in most rooms. Upgrade bathtub faucets. Over all, safe. Could hear neighbors and their early morning alarm.

Despite the absence of a restaurant with table service the hotel provides most of the options you might wish for, including covered free parking, cafeteria, exercise facilities and hair

Excelente location and confortable

This is always my go to location very clean, quiet nice staff and the parking

This made the third or fourth time we have stayed here. The facility is clean, smells great, has a lovely pool and common area too. I have to thank Tina at the front desk and Aaron in shipping and receiving. I was in desperate need of a UPS packaging that was sent for me and they took great care of me to ensure I had it when it was needed.

My stay was awesome. Miss Tina and David were so welcoming at the front desk. Having such great lodging amenities was a bonus. Will stay again...

Good location. Attached to the hospital. Room was by the elevator which was SUPER loud, otherwise good. Room was decent size. Bathroom was pretty small.

Brent house was fantastic. The location was convenient. The staff was professional, friendly ,and knowledgeable. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. And the 12 check out helped when everything ran a little behind schedule.

We were super uneasy at first because the hotel appeared to be part of the hospital, but upon check in they assured us it was separate. The front desk ladies were super friendly and where very helpful with all our questions. The room itself was very spacious and super clean (I didnt feel the need to wear "shower shoes" the whole time.) The pool was great for the kids and the atrium was gorgeous and made it feel like an exotic resort. Highly recommend.

I am staying at this hotel somewhat frequently as I am donating a liver to someone and need to stay for testing and recovery. It is extremely convenient to be able to go down an elevator and be in the hospital. They say they guarantee lowest rate for medical stays, but other sites give a lower rate and they won’t give same rate when calling directly. I was hoping that organ donors would get a special discount as we need to be close to hospital during recovery- but using outside sites will have to do for the time being.
