Easy to find from water taxi, short walk. Greta location- not super busy but quick walk to everything. Beautiful property. Pool was great and you sign up for a time slot, so it does not get over crowded. Staff was friendly and amazing

A very charming and beautiful hotel in a great location. Perfectly situated - close walk to everything but just outside the very busy areas. The staff were all very kind and the pool area was a nice bonus.

We stayed 3 nights in the suite. Double bed and a single bed. Single bed was very well separated allowing privacy. Very tastefully decorated room. Great shower. Besides the great location, close to a vapuretto stop, the real asset of this hotel is the pool. Very large and enjoyable jacuzzi-pool definitely was a life savor in the heat. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

A really good hotel, staff very helpful throughout the day as we had to keep accessing bags with young kids, and the pool is really good (note under 14s have to book a a lot between 11-2pm). Junior suite great for young families and good location not far from the Vaperetto. Straightforward breakfast, but very enjoyable. All round, highly recommended.

All of the male's at the front desk were horribly rude. There were 2 female front desk workers i had the pleasure of encountering at a much more pleasant, helpful, friendly manner. The rooms were poorly cleaned and dusty all over. The bedding is rough and old. We would not stay here again.

Lovely hotel in great location.

I loved the hotel. It was a royal and majestic with lots of history. The entire Staff were very friendly especially Mido. I would visit and stay in the same hotel again.

Great location in a great city. Staff were incredibly friendly, especially the barman who, resplendent in his white jacket, was always warm and attentive. The air conditioning in the room was perfect, the rooms were spotless and we would certainly stay here again.

I booked an apartment and it did not include breakfast for some reason did didn’t say that on the website and I was very disappointed when I got there and she told us it wasn’t included other than that it was just OK

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. The power cuts by the city were inconvenient but out of the control of the hotel.

30 min limit for the pool, €5 for towels, sun loungers only available for pool users. Decent location. Cheap mini bar.

What an amazing hotel! It’s beautiful, clean and the service is excellent. The room we had was quite large. The included breakfast was delicious and it was so enjoyable to eat in the outside garden. A bit off the beaten path just ensured nights were quiet. Still only a few minutes walk to Rialto and another 10 to St Marks. Stayed with my wife and teenage daughter. I definitely recommend this hotel for the staff, cleanliness, and included breakfast.

Hotel is well maintained very good customer service , very nice brfst buffet set up lot of food option good helping staff at brfst and at front desk, very good location to pick up water transport hardly 5 mins walk , love the place highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel tucked away a few steps from the canal. The property was perfect and the staff was top notch. We’ll be back.

Great location! Air conditioning worked well after walking around a very hot Venice

It’s a beautiful property, but for the price, they could offer much better service. They only give you one towel each. If you want to schedule to use the jacuzzi, you have to pay extra for an additional towel. The jacuzzi was cold. The bar apparently closes at midnight, but they pulled in the water and closed the doors to the outside around 11:30…..while I was still sitting out there having a glass of wine. There are no blinds in the room and the heavy curtains don’t close all the way, so don’t plan on sleeping in.

It was a nice stay overall. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great!
