No complaints. It was a pleasant stay.

Loved our stay for two night. About 15 mins walk from train station, and 20 mins walk to centre. The food was amazing, selection of hot, cold and cakes. The rooms were very clean!

I reserved a room for my mom. She expressed her satisfaction with the hotel: the bed was comfortable and clean, the staff helpful and polite. Easy connection by public transportation with the real way station. The breakfast was fine. Would stay here again.

Convenient hotel by tram to Krakow. There is limited dining around and at the hotel, so bare that in mind. Staff were friendly, rooms were simple but had the main amenities

The hotel was quite nice. The room was clean, spacious and had all the facilities. The hotel had a great breakfast as well. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that there is no food served in the hotel after 4pm. The only food is in a small cafe downstairs that just does lunch. Also, the hotel is a 25 minute walk from the main market square. Good hotel for a business trip, but not the best location of you're here on holiday.

Nice hotel. Good location. Not too far away from old town. About 25 min walk on nice street. Tram stop nearby so also possible to take tram. Friendly staff.

A nice three stars hotel with small but all-you-need-for-a-short-stay rooms: new, clean, quiet. The staff is very welcome. Breakfasts are worth the money.

Nice hotel for 1 nights stay. Room small but manageable. Staff friendly enough but lack knowledge of local area. Would not recommend breakfast. 90zl for something worth 30zl for 2 people. It was.cold, no selection and some item's undercooked.

Simple hotel but comfortable. You need to bring own toiletries as the hotel only provides soap. Very clean.
