There was no microwave in the room.

Mainly it was convenient.

Lovely experience. One of my top choices when visiting DC..

Property is in a good location. The breakfast was a disappointment. One staff member didnt even acknowledge me when I was standing in the check in area to ask about breakfast. I said to her excuse me. She barely looked at me. She acted like I was bothering her. Anyways the room had a cigarette smoke linger.

Room were not clean hair all over the bed. Went back to front desk to let front desk person know about it and were told if i didnt like the room i should find somewhere else to stay of which i think that was very rude. I travel all the way from Massachusetts and choose to book with this hotel. And for that i give a 0

Smells like Pee, AC is non existent, Rusted bathroom floor. Some of the lights didn’t work.

Some of the staff really needs to be more professional at all. From what i experienced falls short of expectations.

they run one hotel with 2 names. It's not at all friendly. Staff didn't want to hear or talk to you. Rooms were smell pathetic. I don't think it's safe to stay here.

Do not stay here. All outlets were damaged. Muffin, coffee. Juice all they had for breakfast. No place to sit in lobby. Surly front desk lady. Security glass set so low I hurt my hand trying to get my cards out of the tray. It was clean but that is the only thing good about it.

I couldn't leave my room on the 2nd day because my door wouldn't lock. The agent promised maintenance would arrive by 9 am. By 1 pm the still hadn't arrived. I had to pack up everything and go do what i needed to do. By the time i returned they had resolved the situation. I asked to speak to the manager for a rebate since i was inconvenienced but the manager has pretended she is not the manager all week. The property is infested with roaches. Eat your food quickly or else youll be sharing it with them. 8 thumbs down

My room smelled like cigarettes, and I booked a non smoking room.

it was not good, there was one one person in the lobby and she was not ready to listen, and the equipments in the room were not working.

Room service was very poor with not enough towels and cleaning was poor. Breakfast was a muffin and no juice at 8a in the mornings and one day, not even a muffin. The picture shown was online was not ways like the actual Days Inn.
