Be prepared for lots of night time and early morning street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and appointed well.

Close to key points

It's just very old and needs modernization. Employees are amazing, however breakfast was horrible with awful pastries and cold eggs.

I expected better for the price. Whilst clean, the AC was not performing well. The bed was terrible ~ super hard mattress (if that suits you then you’ll be happy). Overall the hotel rooms are tired and in desperate need of transportation to today. Only one power point was working there charging our phones was a challenge.

Famous hotel in the city centre.

Centrally located it is elegant and welcoming hotel. I was here during the worst heat wave imaginable and my lovely large room was air conditioned. The sheets are cotton the towels are large and the shower is also a bath. Great breakfast too.

Good location, staff friendly. But looks like the 1980s inside. And an amazingly poor breakfast.

Lovely, friendly hotel, extremely well placed for everywhere we wanted to visit.

The staff were delightful and helpful. The hotel was very historic and cool. Our room was hot, and the air did not work for multiple nights. Overall, it was a great experience.
