As a businessman who has traveled for over 30 years, this is the first time I have experienced such poor service at a 4 stars . On the day of our check in, our trip was delayed, so we were unable to arrive before the scheduled check -in time. We started calling the hotel at around 3:00 pm to inform them of the delay and discuss our check-in We continued calling throughout the evening until midnight, but no one ever answered the phone. When we finally arrived at the hotel, the receptionist had a very poor attitude and was completely unprofessional. Instead of assisting us, she made the situation even more unpleasant. A hotel that claims to be 4 stars should provide professional customer service and be available to assist its guests. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even basic service standards. To make matters worse, we were charged an excessive rate for an additional room that was much higher than the regular price. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service and unfair pricing.

Pet friendly (small additional fee), located by a wonderful park. Bonus points for the vegetarian ‘Beyond Burgers’ in the restaurant. Great for a quick and comfortable pit stop on our road trip.

We really enjoyed our 2 day stay with them . Their staff was great and the room and pool were really clean.

There was no microwave in the room , which was not helpful as we had kids who wanted to warm up milk But otherwise the stay was excellent

Breakfast is amazing and worth it. Clean, friendly staff and close to the airport. There’s also a Corte Ingles close by.

Clean rooms

The best hotel buffet breakfast I have ever had in Spain. After 4 pm there were lots of free parking spaces around the hotel’s side streets. The ongoing construction in front of the hotel was a minor distraction. The room itself was more than adequate for three people and we all slept great. The automated window shade was a nice touch. Wifi speed was good. The mini bar fridge did not get very cold and the shower drain seemed to clog up after only about two nights. The nearest metro station is about a 5 minute walk away and the nearest gas station/convenience store is about three minutes away by car.

Location was closer to the airport and close to where I needed to be so that was good. The staff were helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay

Clean and helpful and good amenities

The rooms were a bit small for the area. Area is as advetised as is close to convention center, so nothing worth visiting close by.

Everything was great and clean. Unfortunately the pool was not open

Simple but functional and good size room. Daily cleaning and Nescafé and kettle in the room. Close to airport and a conference center. Nice staff.

A pesar de no estar en el centro de Madrid estaba cerca del aeropuerto , de un corte inglés y un vencindario tranquilo. Y el lugar súper moderno y cómodo.
