Parking was plaintful and it seemed safe , it looks like they were in the middle of a renovation, and there were no icemakers at worked, The rooms were very nice bedding was very nice. Our microwave did not work in the room and the fridge didn’t work very well, but it looked like they were renovating everything.

Staff was super nice and friendly. Had to run the shower for like 10 minutes before warm water came out. Still under construction so there was no amenities.

Great hotel - clean, updated (still in renovation mode) so we got new everything, comfy bed, thick towels, nice decor. Plus, easy to access, and ample parking. Will definitely stay here again if the price is still right....mind you, we did not know during this stay that the hotel was in the midst of a renovation. - perhaps I missed that in an email? Nonetheless, it was likely more affordable because some of the amenities were unavailable still - like the indoor pool and waterslides. I am hopeful they will charge a reasonable price still, once all is finished up. It is a really nice hotel, nice room layout, good location for what we needed....we really enjoyed our stay here. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren;t for the surprise to us, renovations.

False advertising said there was breakfast and a pool. Shower curtain leaked so water went all over bathroom. Was barely any hot water.

They’re undergoing a renovation so even though the rooms are clean and comfortable, the amenities were closed. One of the outlets by the side of the bed in our room was not working and another was coming out of its socket. But other than that we had a good stay, clean comfortable room and the staff were diligent and nice

New renovation, had to change rooms 3 times due to plumbing and electrical issues, odd number rooms road noise is pretty bad, even numbered rooms are more quiet, definitely appreciated the staff! Unfortunately would not recommend.

Reopened too soon during renovations. No pool, no ice machines, no breakfast, could have used a coffee maker in the room and the hot water never showed up all it got was pretty warm. We’d stayed there before the renovations started and liked it.

The property is still in the midst of renovations. There was no food options on site. Limited amount of rooms available. Our room was clean but hot water was tepid at best. Smoke/ carbon monoxide detector was missing. The property is centrally located walkable to shops and restaurants.

Hotel is under renovations so many of the amenities are not available at this time. However, the renovated room is great! Plenty of parking on site.

Once we found the hotel it was excellent. Using maps to get there we were directed to a different hotel. After speaking with staff we made it to the correct location but the name on the hotel had changed to the Double Tree by Hilton. The hotel was newly renovated, beautifully clean and the staff were excellent! Highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This place was not ready to be open. They had nothing in the room, no chairs no proper phone. They don’t even have a duvet cover. They just use two top sheets with the duvet in between there was no hot water all the amenities pool fitness centre are shut down and they didn’t let you know that also I was the only one staying in the whole hotel with one other worker the vibes were horrible. I ended up leaving at 9:30 PM.

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast place across the street, Pure and simple. Downtown is 5-10 mins drive.

Excellent hotel, very clean rooms and great staff

Property has been extensively renovated, but is not complete. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.

The staff are rude and judgemental and lack in customer service and people skills wouldent recomend staying there
