Staff was very nice and went beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast had great food. Hours were excellent and room was very clean and comfortable.

The only thing we were upset by was the hot tub was less than a 100ºF and the sauna never got hot very disappointing

The furniture in our room felt a little worse for wear, and in general seemed like it had seen better days. It’s clean and functional, but not exactly enjoyable. The free breakfast was ok, if you are only interested in carbs and cold scrambled eggs. Plan on paying an extra $6 for protein. The price was right, and we got what we paid for, a mediocre experience in a mediocre room.

Staff was wonderful - everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The gym is excellent - clean, spacious and excellent, well-maintained equipment with view of Citadel Hill. We also appreciated the continental breakfast and coffee/tea in the lobby. Location - awesome. Rooms were ok. Bed and space was comfortable, though pillows were not great and shower water pressure was poor. Would stay here again!
