really good

Perfect for one night. No elevator and although we have stayed here many times, staff could not accommodate two elderly people to first floor. Will not return if on second floor again.

The room was clean. The front reception area was very tired looking, old, frayed carpet. The breakfast was minimal. It was very quiet at night and the reception clerk was friendly and efficient.

Great place but with the fires up north the kids were a bit loud….but not hotels fault

The building itself is great it just needs a bit of a remodel with new carpets or at least have the old ones in the hallways properly cleaned but otherwise the room is clean everything was quite nice and I enjoyed my stay for a short as it was.

The bathroom door would not close without being forced. It rubbed along the floor tile and was very noisy. The bathtub plug did not work, so a bath was impossible. The fridge made a high pitched noise so we had to unplug it. The coffee machine had no carafe.

It was only for one night and I felt comfortable and safe. The room was very clean. The staff very pleasant & friendly

Wish we didn’t have disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast.

As a guest, we were needing a place to stay at last minute. the hotel was a nice place to stay.

We thought the breakfast to be alright. Had a decent selection. Area was clean. Only concern was that there were people running in the hall past midnight. But under the circumstance of most of the patrons being evacuees there isn’t a lot for them to do an no need to get up early we understood. Check-in was easy as was checkout.

You get what you pay for at $277 for two nights. Would not stay here again. Room was clean except the bathtub, the smell of cigarettes lingered the hallways, no one to enforce the no smoking rule at the front entrances of the building. The continental breakfast was cold and tables were filthy and boxes were piled up on almost half the tables as well.

The hotel had many people down from northern communities and there was confusion.

Hotel was full of indians so the smell was horrible and everything was dirty. Hallways full of garbage.

No wifi, front desk just kept saying same thing over and over "technician is working on it" he flat out lied and said it would be on in the evening but never happened

Was good

Property was ok. They were dealing with fire evacuees at the time we were there so understand a bit of confusion. Was very disappointed that wifi was not working.

No parking for truck and trailer

it was quiet at night. They had 24 hour security walking the halls, not sure why. at first it made me nervous, but in the end, it is a great idea. It really made the stay safe and comfortable.

Short room was good

Great place, but really need to air out room. I didnt appreciate the smell when i walked in. On my 1st stay it was great, wit a great room. Overall it is a great place to stay
