Clean room, accommodating staff.

the place smelt really really bad, like skunk or pot on all floors and lobby. Room was very clean, bathroom was outdated and cracked toilet. Internet did not work so we had to get the clerk come to our room every time we left and came back until the internet came on later in the night

Hotel centrally located and rooms were clean. It appears to be going through some renovations.

The property needs some updating. There was old furniture in the stairwell and a bit of a smell. The room waa clean and the breakfast was excellent as was the staff.

1 convenient 2 Not happy. We Woke up in the middle of the night to a terrible smell. It's was like burning rubber couldn't sleep after that. Front desk said someone was sprayed with a skunk but it didn't smell like a skunk at all to us.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Good breakfast

Our bathroom sink didn’t work at the faucet. We had to turn on and off the water by using the valves under the sink. Comfort Inn said they couldn’t move us to another room or credit us something because we booked through Expedia. Definitely not happy with this stay.

Team, please check this is the 3rd time we have stayed there and same issue. spiders. The last time we made the staff reclean our room at 10pm and it was only because all other hotels we full and we ended up not getting into our room till 12:30 am. This last room even looked "freshly renovated" but the ceiling still has stains on it even though the the rest of the room looked fresh. But again at least 10 spiders in the rooms in the corners on the ceiling bathroom and main room.

Extremely clean room, staff were all very helpful and attentive, lots of parking and breakfast was well prepared, plentiful, and clean.

The entire experience was amazing, from ease of check in to check out !

I booked 2 rooms for 1 night, June 25/26. I had stayed at this property before a couple of years ago. I found the property very different this time. The windows had no shade or drapes, just a sheer panel that you could see through. The bathrooms are old, the tub had rust all round it and the toilet was so small it looked like it was for a child. My son slept in the one room and he couldn't sleep because the sheets were washed with something that made him itchy all night. I had emailed the hotel before to tell them of his allergies. I was not able to sleep all night in the other bedroom because the mattress was like a rock. I wonder if the hotel has been sold to someone else because it was very different from the other times I stayed there.

My room was clean and comfortable

No pool but the room was nice, clean and it was quiet

Everything was good, under renovations but well managed.
