Cleanliness. Ease of check in and out. Friendlibess of staff. Great breakfast trying to accomodate a number of hockey teams and us...grandparents of a player. Great parking on main floor ourside our room. So accessible.

Hockey team staying there and the noise kept up us for most of night until early morning! Horrible stay!

It was ver clean and excellent staff

Warm and friendly welcome upon arrival, Clean and comfortable room. Great location

Carpet was dirty, bed was too firm, room smelled like a dirty mop, teenagers were running around the halls at night (during our 2 nights) & slamming doors. But staff was nice & location was great. I would still stay there, they just need to upgrade the beds & maybe take out the carpets.
