Best could be done with staff shortages. Friendly and kind. Breakfast items a little less than expected. Lots of guests. Atmosphere congenial

Its an older building but still in acceptable condition. There is gap on the door so you can hear some noise. The room was spacious but had a small cabinet for clothes! Receptionist was a little abrupt when we're checking in. We did arrive 10 mins before 3 and a room was not ready. We were understood that but she could have been friendlier. Though rest of our 3 day stay most of the staff were ok. Breakfast room was small so it can get crowded. Overall breakfast was good, they had eggs, bacon or sausages. There is a waffle maker just no fruits like the picture on the website. Free parking available!

Garbage outside entry was overflowing for days. Reception area needs to be decluttered. It’s the first impression. Breakfast was slow to refill and out of something regularly.

Gerald at the front desk made our stay excellent! Good place, great breakfast and clean rooms.

I had booked a pet friendly room with two beds, I am in a wheelchair so there was hardly any room to move, but this was no fault of the hotel, I chose to accommodate my pet first.

Clean room, patio door leading outside from the room was great, didnt have to carry items through the main door going to the room, comfy beds

The bed should be thrown away. It was so worn out that you sank in it. My back, hips and neck ache from it.

We enjoyed our stay, good bed and pillows. Clean room, great bathroom. Staff where great too. Good breakfast! Negative was that staff were not paying attention to the outside walkways. Lots of ice buildup at door way exits, made for hazardous conditions. There can be no excuse, as the management has a responsibility to ensure these things are attended to, and not the fault of some third party not doing their job.

The room is clean, comfortable bed, but a bit cold and getting somewhat shabby. Breakfast was quite decent and everyone encountered were helpful.

Room was clean abd quiet. Had a grest sleep

Not required so we heated the room and it worked well. The room was very clean , the manager, Gerald, was very nice. See you soon.
