Beautiful stay I love the beach the people definitely the room

I loved the location and the food was wonderful, and being on the water was wonderful to.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner and the Seaside restaurant attached to La Concha was superior. The food was gourmet and the service was amazing.

The hotel is outdated and in need of a renovation. The restroom was rusty and the water pressure was horrible. They also had no hot water and I called the front desk. The receptionist send someone and said to keep the water running. Then they called me and said they don’t offer hot water at the hotel, just warm water. He wanted me to check the temperature on the water like I carry a water thermometer while I’m on vacation. Some of the staff were friendly but the receptionist was not the nicest.

Room was clean for the most part. Staff was quick to get me registered. Did not try the kitchen. Parking was easy and accessible.

The service and food were very good. Parking was easy and safe. It was very nice to have beach access without having to drive out. Enjoyed a full day at the beach front area and the pool. We enjoyed the live band playing on Friday night too.

This property is in a beautiful location and has a breathtaking view. The best part is the oceanfront dining and palapas. For this, I would stay here again. I liked it because it is classic Mexico - the property has not been updated, but it is still beautiful!!! The service at the restaurant was horrible, that's why I didn't give five stars. But for the price, this hotel is a good choice.

The location is the most significant advantage of this property; however, the overall customer service is unsatisfactory. There is a lack of helpfulness, and on certain occasions, it appears that guests are being treated as if they are being served a favor.

Great hotel on the beach with pool and restaurant on the water. Staff was wonderful, basic amenities for what you need. Great beach with palapas and beanbags for lounging on the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Property is belo average average at best so much potential yet facility is extremely worn and aged, they need to invest in some seroius updates from room to property. The one area that is positive the beautiful beach view. Room had old furniture that could not be used, bed hard as a rock, walls need to be painted, tv's small and not working in bedroom. Entire suite has a musty smell and air conditioning is ridiculously loud. Cleaning staff and property staff kind and helpful. Bottom line go elsewhere would not stay here ever again!

Property needs a lot of imprudent . Rooms are so outdated & dirty. Staff are very friendly and attentive .

Clean room, friendly staff, great view. Super convenient for scuba divers since they have a dive shop onsite.

Perfect spot and with beach access!!

Staff amazing , food very good location is out of town by 2.6 miles but that’s what we wanted and only costs $4-5 to get there .. only negative thing is furniture is literally falling apart and needs updating
