excellent breakfast at a reasonable price

Great place to stay but I hate that there isn’t any drinks in the mini bar, not even water.

Breakfast was ok, the bar had no Vermouth which I could not believe but it was a fact. The bartender did a great job creating me a cocktail that was similar without any vermouth.

Evacuated at 2am Sunday morning with no explanation or follow up.

We havw stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are always quiet and comfortable. We recommend this facility to anyone who enjoys comfiest and convenience.

Stay here every time I need to go to the airport for an early flight. Beautiful large comfy rooms. Decent restaurant. Nice bar.

Overall visit was good. Breakfast was great and enjoyed the bar - staff very friendly, calm vibe. Room was lovely but bathroom was not the cleanest - some hair left in bath and skim of soap on the bathroom floor made it slippery even when not wet. Arrived as linen truck was loading/unloading and resulting in blocking of driveway so getting in and unloading luggage was a minor hassle. Comfy bed, good amenities and breakfast staff helpful and friendly.

If you would like to be financially scammed, this is the hotel for you. They couldn't handle basic math regarding the damage deposit and put on false restaurant charges as well. It took 4 interactions for them to give back nearly all of the money. Stay anywhere else, this place isn't worth the headache.

+ Helpful friendly staff, tv broke the receptionist fixed it in 3 mins, very comfy beds in an ample sized room, breakfast was continental or Full English so enough choices. - Sadly we had zero view of anything we were on floor 1 right next to the lifts, a bare dirty patio that’s not been swept for a good while! The whole hotel needs brightening up, very dark wood interiors etc but it’s biggest drawback is that it’s a long way from any bars, restaurants of Brisbane so no nightlife to speak of. Would we return, no but it’s not horrendous.

Awesome hotel and staff. We only stayed one night and went into the pool and spa. Had room service which was quick and easy. They were great and I'd happily stay there again.

The buffet breakfast was lovely. Worth the money. Staff were friendly. The pool is quite dirty with all the leaves. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Our room has view lake, it's across the esplanade.
