It was fine.

This hotel used to be kept up, clean and looking nice. Its outdated and very dirty. Glass doors/handles had smudges on them and greasy handprints. Our room was dusty and hair left over in the bathroom, lipstick on kleenex box. Handprints on the table and handprints on the windows. Just not worth the price I paid for one night. The staff were scarce as well but they were nice and friendly.

Easy to access

I like to the location. It was convenient to the places we were going to the service was, it's wonderful everything we asked where we got with a smile. I just want bigger cups for the coffee.

We stayed for one night for the air show. It’s not really near anything and you have to drive to see and do things. We weren’t picky for the price during the air show. I think we got upgraded to an end room suite. Living area, Two tv’s. Comfy bed. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast wasn’t much but did have waffles. Tiny coffee cups. Ran out of forks.

This was a convenient location, Yet we were discussed with the management who filled the breakfast bar with ungloved hands. He touched all the breads, English muffins and bagels.

Not close enough to any outside dining options, and having to travel on busy freeway to acess hotel, good thing rush hour was over. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Tv didnt work until we got back tk the room at 11:00pm. Window fell out of opening when we shut the door . Room waa clean and breakfast was good.

A full house, but they handled it well. Quickly fixed a problem with the television in my room, which was great

All was fine

Breakfast was horrible. There was a filthy waffle maker, three English muffins, a half gallon of milk left on the counter for cereal and not much else. I would not stay there again.

Was greeted right away and check-in went smoothly. Was even asked which floor I preferred to be on. The place was neat and clean. The room was clean and everything worked! The shower is amazing and has a strong blast of water coming from the shower head. I walked by the pool, but did not take a swim. Parking is great! Easy access off 35W and wide parking. There is additional parking (good for trucks) in the back. Gas station and McDonalds made it super convenient. Great hotel to stay at a decent price compared to hotels deep in Duluth.

Beds are great! Brand new pull out mattresses, fresh smelling towels, no hairs, everything works and nothing was rusty or dirty! Very impressed! Pool was great also!

The hotel was clean and quiet. Nice and close to downtown without being right in the middle of everything.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Room was clean, except for a lady bug we found (which could have come back to the room with us). Pool area wasn’t great, seemed to have a film on top of the water. It was quiet considering how close it is to the interstate. Overall, a nice place stay.

This hotel was a Sleep Inn, not a Duluth Inn. Our toilet overflowed the first night. They did not have a 2 queen bed room to move us to. We didn't move. The next day they told us a plumber was coming. We staed in the room another night. The toilet worked. The next day a plumber showed up to put in a new toilet. He had not fixed the toilet in our room. We did get moved to another room that morning on the same floor 2 queen beds. The staff never did inform of us of what was happening with the toilet. The breakfast area was crowded the first morning. I didn't see anyone taking care of making sure the food was available. No sausages. No eggs until the staff at the front desk came in to make eggs. There was no butter 2 days. I had to ask for more coffee cups. They were understaffed. The area with creamers was not cleaned up daily. They closed the breakfast area 1 hr early on Saturday. The hotel was in a good location by a Circle K gas station and McDonalds. Hwy 35 took us to everything we wanted to see. Crowder and Matt Maher concert at Symphony Hall, the North Shore scenic drive and the church where Celebrate Recovery was held.

Our room is clean and nice! The bathroom mirror is amazing

Everything is very good besides of breakfast. There weren't really much to pick from. Fried eggs and sausages ran out very quickly.
