The hotel appeared to be slightly understaffed in odd ways. Procedures for what felt like very normal hotel-type requests felt confusing. For example, we called to request bedding for the pullout, which we had specifically booked to sleep four. We received a message to visit the front desk. Upon visiting the front desk, we were told that it would have to be delivered to us. We were also disapopinted to see that they are charging for parking. There has never been a shortage of parking in any of my history visiting this area. Even during conferences, there is always parking available. Why are we paying for this? There was also only one working Tesla charger upon arrival. Three others were out of commission, and appeared to just need to be provisioned again.

The room was just okay. Nothing like I was expecting

We enjoyed our stay. Love the complimentary cocktails and snacks. Staff was super friendly Wish there were rules about the pool . Had several unruly kids splashing water. Parent was rude suggesting because we were adults we shouldn’t be in the pool. Just know this hotel is more for people who have kids and who are not interested in watching them.

Was a good stay. Room had a smokey smell when we came in. Bathroom vanity was repaired poorly. Shower curtain would not stay closed

Surgical procedure at Baptist hotel was excellent. Location, service, cleanliness, will definitely stay again!

ALL STAFF MEMEBERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK LADIES.

An older property with some dated elements, but with great staff and prompt service. The atrium gives the whole building a wonderful airy feel, and the bed was wonderful!
