Friendly staff Clean accommodations

Very clean pretty hotel enjoyed our stay

Stay was quite comfortable. All staff demonstrated kind attitude and remarkable patience. Room was very clean and comfortable. Service was impressive-- for example,I packed my toothbrush the day before I was ready to leave and the hotel supplied what I needed.

The hotel was close to the interstate and easy to get to. The parking lot had plenty of light. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The front desk was amazing. Two ladies gave us ideas of things to do while in the area. Our room was comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. Plenty of towels in the bathroom.

This hotel is conveniently located off I-65. The team was friendly and the hotel was in beautiful condition. The breakfast was great with just the right amount of variety. The area around it had plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

They messed up the dates for my stay so when i went to check in they had charged me for a no show and said they didn't have a room available. I had to find another place to stay. The person at the desk tried to lie their way out of it but all my confirmation information showed it was their mistake.

Staff was very nice and helpful

We stayed in handicap accessible room. It was perfect for what we needed. High toilet handles in the shower plenty of room to move. We asked the front desk for two extra pillows, and they were delivered to our room with a smile. So many other hotels do not offer an extra pillow. We will definitely stay here again.

After a stay in another chain motel the night before, our stay in The Holiday Inn Express was a welcome improvement. The staff was friendly and professional and the room was very clean.

This breakfast was one of the most spectacular available in a hotel that includes this feature in your stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone... it was a fantastic stay for us.
