The hotel is strategically located, close to shopping centers and local attractions. The hotel atmosphere is very comfortable and friendly.

Good location but not good for family since its located in the heart of red light district.

Great stay at Shinjuku Prince, staff were friendly and pleasant, accommodating to requests as well. Room is considered average in terms of size of Tokyo hotel rooms, but equipped with the necessary facilities.

Check in is so easy and check out as well, all at the front desk are helpful specially Ms. KONNO, Hotel is spotlessly clean and near almost everything. Will surely go back there!

5 5 For the location! It literally in the middle of everything you can find in Shinjuku! But the room was a bit small and I just wish the receptionist can speak better english but overall I'm happy to stay here and don't mind coming back again!

The hotel is in a good location, convenient to travel, if staying on the side that faces the train station, it is good, quiet, not deaf But if staying, turn to the restaurant zone, the size on the 23rd floor is still noisy And hear the loud car sound very often Because it's the eating and drinking zone For traveling, if having to use JR, must walk a bit far. Because it is about 800 meters away from the main station (Yamanote Line)

Good hotel with excellent location. Many food / restaurant and many shop within walking distance from hotel.

1 barthroom have bad smell. 2 choose no smoking room but I can smell of cigarette all night

Good location hotel. My 3rd time staying here. We stayed at deluxe room. Spacious enough for us (2 adults, 2 kids).

The location is good but the room is stuffy ..

The room is not clean and dusty. There is no air circulation. The room is stuffy.

The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable and the hotel staff are also friendly and kind, but the rooms are quite small. But not as narrow as other hotels. And all I value is very good.

Would like to say what an experience staying at Shinjuku Prince Hotel. Great location, surrounded by shopes, convenience stores, and near Shinjuku Station (East Exit). Will come back to stay at this hotel for sure

it's a very good service hotel. good location, a lot of food around, a lot of shopping place, 5 minutes walk to shinjuku-east (exit east) train station. the room size is not big but not too small. complete amenities. we love the soap and shampoo

Very good location Can shop in the building. Floor 5. GU, 7th Floor, MUJI and in the center of the shopping area. It's near Donkey but Donkey's stuff is more expensive than some shops. Hotel service is very good. Leave the bag before-after IN OUT, the bedroom fits the space enough to pack the bag, shower cream, shampoo, conditioner of POLA. Ramen opposite the hotel is delicious and not expensive.

Too little food Should have more food And should add food when the food has run out while the time has not run out
