It great

They was very rude and disrespectful not a friendly place plus they had bugs. I'm a recommend no one else from North Carolina or anybody that's reading this don't go back there. Very unprofessional

The rooms were small and not well equipped.

There was MOLD in the bathroom

My day was fine no real complaints. I will say that upon check-in. I wish that the front desk person would’ve told me that my room was a handicap room and upon checking into the room there were structural damage in the room there was cracked plaster on the ceilings and walls, and all the towels and washcloths were stained. The continental breakfast was very good. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. This is my go to place when visiting family, but I will going forward bring my own washcloths and towels.

Y la recepcionista estaba como enojada ni se escuchaba cuando hablaba. La verdad yo no lo recomiendo espantosa estadía lo bueno que sólo fue una noche.

not worth the cost.

The beds were comfortable, but other than that… Shower didn’t get very hot; not enough towels for the number of people in the room; room felt wet/humid; there were french fries on the floor beside the bed; the lady at check-in was very unfriendly; one of our key cards didn’t work; could hear the floor squeaking in the room above us; homeless individual sitting outside. Just wasn’t a very clean or friendly place

Older hotel. Served its purpose for one night.

The place was clean and the staff were very good but the building needs some updates

It can be updated. There was stains in the carpet. The tubs are uneven and rusty. Breakfast was ok. The hotel overall was a good experience.

Okay, but they need to fummigate. They are small roaches about the room and concession areas. Only going to get worse as the summer heat comes

The hotel is located in an area where people hangout and try to get you to buy stuff from them. The rooms are ran down and had roaches and black mold in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

I don’t like anything

Cons: The carpeting was deeply stained and large chunks of plaster missing adjacent to the bathtub. Very limited options offered for breakfast (no fruit, yogurt, jam/jelly, oatmeal, etc.). Pros: Bed was comfortable.

Started off alright. Check in went fine. Whole area smelled like weed. Got to the room and at first glance looked good. Went to open the fridge and the whole thing came out the cubby it was in. Sat down in the desk chair, and almost fell out because the wheel wasn’t attached at all. Went to use the bathroom and sounded like the fan was about to take off like an airplane. Shower? The knob just spun. Was like playing jenga to figure out how to turn it on. Decent water pressure tho. Sink drain wasn’t attached so that was fun too when we went to wash our hands later. Bed was nice. Pillows were comfy. Went to do a midnight pee. Roaches. So paranoid after that. Got some ice. Nice machine but nearly got high walking down the hall. Overall - I’d probably spend the money and find something nicer.

Very run down… lot of loitering outside

The property and room was clean. The breakfast was decent but basic. I like bacon over sausage. The parking lot was being redone and sort of an inconvenience getting in and out the facility. Location was excellent to various eating spots. Ms. B’s soul food is a must eatery.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly, that’s the only nice thing that can be said. The rooms were terrible- roaches crawling on the walls and counter tops, towel rack holders falling off the wall, and the fire alarm intermittently going off due to needing new batteries. Would not stay here again.

We came up for an event! Check in dropped our things off and left came back to the room at 100 am. Then the maid service was banging on my door to check out at 845. I thought check out wasn’t til 11. We jumped up and left very disappointed in our stay.
