A pleasant stay with no real problems

Spacious rooms, amazing location, lovely varied breakfast, friendly staff

Lovely breakfast.

From arriving, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and easy to walk to and from the train station along with all the major tourist attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough for myself, but could be a bit cramped for two people - although it would be doable. I got a room right next to the elevator and had other guests making noise late at night and early in the morning which was inconvenient but that’s not the hotels fault, just be aware the ambient sound does travel through the room

An excellent hotel for our 3 night stay in Bergen. Superb breakfast with friendly and helpful staff through out hotel. Would definetly stay again

Excellent location, superb service, and great breakfast.

Premium room was very small and required attention to tv, sink plug and electric card read for the lights. Towels were well worn with not much life left in them. I had to request to have the room made up and dirty towels replaced

Staffs are friendly. The bathroom layout not working well. After take the shower, water spray and flow around the bathroom area.

The hotel is well-located and has pleasant common areas. Our room was well-kept, clean, and comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

Great location,

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable room overlooking Bryggen. Breakfast was very good standard too. Perfect for a short stay if you don’t mind not having a pool / sauna.
