Everything manager never on property workers don't come to work no way to get in the room no clean linen

They gave room facing the highway, no way people can sleep. Requested to change, took 45min back and forth with the clerk (I think she is owner) she said only have 2 beds only. Finally, found a room with 1 bed. She kept telling this room more expensive and might have to pay extra. Turned out, room is nasty, TV with no remote, bathtub/shower issues, water won't drain until 10min after the shower. So disgusting!!

Falling apart

Housekeeping not everyday. First room was horrible I ask for another room. Towel for pool was only on request. Laundry room was out of order. I stood a whole week. I wouldn't go back again.

The hotel itself was dated w/ an eerie feel. The front desk staff remained uninterested. Also, my room had roaches and the toilet was still holding poo from the last guest…

Didn’t have enough towels and was dirty

We booked a three night stay through Expedia as a bundle booking in March 2025. This hotel has no name as advertised outside the building. Unclean/sticky floor all over including elevator floors. Inside our room no TV, no towels. Sticky bathroom counter top, sticky bathroom floor. Carpet feels yucky. And worst of all, multiple bed bugs crawling at night Ruined our night of sleep and ruined our plan next day due to no sleep. Then requested to check out next morning after “one night stay” with no sleep and requested full refund, was denied. Even partial refund was not granted. Email follow ups and requests to speak to upper management were ignored totally. We ended up threw away some of our clothes. Came home did crazy clean up including luggage. Worst hotel experience in life! Do not stay in this hotel!

From the beginning to end, my stay here was very unpleasant. There is no sign in front for the hotel, the pool was dirty with no clean towels, hallways smelled like smoke and mildew. My first room smelled mildew and was overwhelmingly humid. The second room I received was smelled cleaner although the iron did not work. The pillow cases were extremely stained. The breakfast is definitely lacking to say the least.

We only booked here because they advertise they have an indoor pool but it was closed the whole time we were there (7 days). I was repeatedly told the pool would be opened the following day but it never was. Apparently it was an health concern from what one individual working the front desk told us as it was making people ill. Asked for partial refund denied. Trash was left from previous individuals staying in room. Room was cleaned one day they still didn’t clean trash left by previous guests. There was dead roach in drawer but we never saw any live ones. No stopper for bath tub. We had 3 people in our room only had two towels asked for a third but was told they didn’t have anymore. We travel ALOT and this stay was by far the worst.

I booked 3 rooms for my family and the photos were completely different from what we walked into. The rooms were dirty and stained. The bathroom was broken in the sink and the bathtub looks like it has never been cleaned before. After giving it a try, in the morning there were barely any breakfast options either, but thats the minimal concern. Their experience was so bad that they had to move over to the La Quinta next door which was significantly better. I asked the establishment for a refund, credit or anything to accommodate the extremely atrocious experience and they just said hotel policy, nothing they can do and brushed it off. Do not stay here, there are better hotels around the area.

Always a nice stay here! Clean too w/ complementary breakfast. Be ready for a $100 deposit. ✅

I would stay again. Breakfast had some good options. Staff I came in contact were very nice. Room was good
