I had a disappointing stay at Sureplay Hotel. After a long drive, the check-in process was unusually slow due to staff training, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the room didn’t meet basic cleanliness standards— the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the TV remote was sticky and dirty. The TV itself was also in poor condition. I expected a more comfortable and welcoming experience.

This place is actually really nice. Cool pool area that is covered. Nice walking area for dogs. Office/breakfast area are extremely clean. The rooms are very nice for the price. Bathroom Could have been a little cleaner but it wasn’t anything too bad. Little hairs just give me the ick.lol breakfast was good. We checked in real late around 11and they were jamming out to karaoke in The attached bar area. I’d definitely go back

Changed our 2 night stay 2 days before our stay to 1 night, checked in and said they could not change to 1 night, the next day at check out said would only be 1 night and they have not returned any money

I really tried to do a renovation however it was very poor. It’s old and had a funny smell. Glad it was one night only.

Inexpensive comfortable hotel not far from I-95. Ordered delicious foot from OP and they walked it to our room. I slept so well on the King bed, very clean and worth every penny

Check in was quick and easy, Staff was super friendly, room is very clean with parking right out in front of it.

Liked the pool area and location. Some people staying there were loud in the middle of the night.

This hotel was good for a night stay. The staff was friendly specially in the morning during the breakfast hours. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were a bit dated as the hotel it's not new or anything like that.

It did not have to leave the hotel. It had food on site. The room was comfortable and had a very good breakfast. The staff were very friendly.
