Great central hotel

Good sized room, close to everything, good service and friendly staff

The hotel suited all our needs. They were wonderful to allow an early check in after a long travel from the US

I am not much for breakfast, but I really enjoyed the breakasts here. Really great bread.

Staff were extremely helpful when required, hotel in such a great position close to shops, harbour, breakfast had lots to choose from catered to all needs. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a good stay as it was very convenient to anywhere. Only downside, the room is quite dark as lightngs were limited. There was no closet and the hanging hooks were not enough, room had many empty walls, should consider put up more hooks.

Overall good experience and great breakfast include! All the staff was very polite and great. Also a very great location to get around the city center. Only thing is they definitely need to work on some of the technology aspects: specifically the thermostat didn’t all for the heat to be turned off in my room and the internet cable to the tv was frayed/jerry rigged to the tv; therefore, I couldn’t cast from my phone to the tv when I wanted to wind down for the evening before bed.

Very comfortable hotel. Fabulous breakfast . Made free laundry available to guests and kitchen if one chose to cook!! Helpful staff!

Hotel was in a great location to the centre . Great breakfast. Rooms good . Staff lovely. My only issue was I couldn’t turn off the heated bathroom floor and the room thermostat didn’t want to work

Great location and condition

Good breakfast, spacious room but virtually no noise insulation and dated mattress

The hotel was decent the staff was very friendly but, we stayed in mid July and I get it was hotter than normal but the rooms were too hot to sleep in. I know there isn’t air conditioning but the windows only open a couple of inches. People were loosing their minds. The front desk was polite but could do nothing to make things better.

All good except the parking promise was not kept.
