Excellemt checkin, beautifully appointed rooms, great bar and really coll vibe throighout

Our weekend stay at Treehouse Hotel Manchester was a refreshing change from the usual big-chain experience. Travelling with our two-year-old son, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s unique, eclectic style and warm, homely atmosphere. The design is quirky and bohemian, with mismatched furniture and thoughtful details that give it real character, far from the uniform feel of brands like Hilton or Marriott. Our room beautifully blended modern comforts with a recycled, vintage-inspired aesthetic. Everything we needed was there, yet it still felt distinctive and full of personality. We also arranged a teepee in the room for our son, which was a fantastic touch—he absolutely loved it and it made the stay extra special for our family. The staff were excellent throughout, but special thanks go to Grace and Jade, who were particularly welcoming and attentive. They made us feel genuinely looked after and added to the overall positive experience. Although we didn’t get to try the breakfast due to leaving early, we heard great things about it from other guests. The hotel is also very well located, making it easy to explore Manchester, much of which is within walking distance. Overall, Treehouse Hotel Manchester offers something truly different—stylish, relaxed, and full of character. It was a memorable stay for our family, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Luke on reception was a legend, all the staff were warm and welcoming. Rooms are beautiful and we loved all the incredible little touches.

I love this hotel, it’s in a great location. The studio room is the best, I love the size and layout. Clean room with a great view. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I’ll probably be back. That’s mostly down to the best hotel gym I’ve seen in a long time. Staff are OK, I don’t like that service charge is added but it is very easy to take off.

The check in process was excellent - super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are lovely (if compact) - they are stylish and have everything you need. Robes are a little bobbly though, they could do with replacing as they're looking worn. Breakfast was good - again staff are the shining stars at this hotel. Only slight urgh was the 'discretionary' service charge applied at checkout. We didn't pay it but it is a little cheeky when you've already paid a decent amount for staying here. If that's necessary surely they should pay their staff better in the first place?

Still a bit of work in progress as not all areas open but it is a fantastic hotel, looks beautiful. A mix of being industrial on the inside whilst trying to give it that treehouse feel with lots of wood in the room. Overall I thought it was a fantastic room and would go back again

Room was on the small side but the details and quirks of the hotel and the room made up for this. Would recommend.

I would have given it 5 star's but for the "discretionary service charge" that was added to an already high nightly rate. Had I not asked about the charge I wouldn't have known it was discretionary. There is a lot of choice in Manchester now so the Treehouse will not be top of my list next time

Breakfast was disappointing as they had ran out of everything but a lovely hotel

Interesting decor, but sometimes style won over practicality. We loved the large room, bathroom and bed, and the convenience of the hotel location. Our room on the first floor didn't have a great view, and the lighting in the room was quite dim. Bed was very clean and comfortable. I didn't like being forced to use the lift (unless accompanied on the stairs by a member of staff) but understood that this was a security measure. The room was too warm for our liking but we discovered on checkout that this can be overridden by reception. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and interesting cooked options.

The stay was perfect and we wished we could have stayed longer! The decor and atmosphere was amazing. The room was comfortable and well appointed and the staff were fantastic! We will be looking to stay in a Treehouse hotel again in the future!
