Brilliant stay, very well designed place.

The staff on arrival were polite, friendly, quick and efficient. When we got to the room it was lovely, spotlessly clean and full of little touches to give you that treehouse feel, the whole hotel had a lovely relaxed feeling and you are literally just a few minutes walk from wherever you want to be. Will definitely be returning.

We had a fabulous stay at Treehouse Hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the decor was unique and our room was amazing. We stayed in a family room (a suite) with the sofa turned into a bed for our daughter, don't think of this as an old style sofa bed, this was as comfy as our bed, which was very comfy. The room was very spacious, with a full window wall looking out over Manchester. We arrived 3 hours early, so we knew our room wouldn't be available, but the staff check us in, and stored our bags for us in a large area behind reception. The location was great with all the shops and restaurants in the doorstep. The only downside was we were only there for 1 night, we'll definitely stay here again. I can't fault anything with this stay. One tip, if you're using the carpark next to the hotel, (nothing to do with the hotel) use the address 1 Deansgate, otherwise you'll spend ages fighting with Google maps trying to find it (45 minutes for us!)

Really lovely hotel just by Harvey Nics. Great room although a little small but I was alone so fabulous for me. I’m marking down 1 point only because you can’t use the stairs… the lifts are a busy so I thought I’d just walk… it seems it’s prohibited unless you ask for assistance. I’m sure it will be ok but it just triggered a fire issue? Also they didn’t mention the tax. Again no problem for me as I was aware that I would be paying a daily fee but when I asked before leaving if anything would be taken from my £50 holding card I was advised “no”. All in all though a really great hotel

Amazing hotel right in the heart of Manchester. Staff could not do enough for us

We recently stayed at the Treehouse Hotel in Manchester and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel was spotlessly clean, full of character, and had a really fun, quirky vibe that made it feel different from your average hotel. The location was fantastic and made it easy to get around the city. The only small downside was during check-in. The reception staff were very quiet when speaking, and it was quite difficult to hear what was being said. Aside from that, everyone was polite and helpful. Overall, a great stay in a unique and stylish hotel, and we would happily return.

Excellent location, great staff and fantastic bar and restaurant. Stayed for work and was very conveniently located plus meant I could bring clients to the hotel for drinks/meetings in the bar area.

The hotel doesn’t look much from the outside, but inside is contemporary, clean and wonderfully presented. The staff were all polite, friendly and very helpful.

Hotel is conveniently located, it is stunning from the moment you walk in the front door. The atmosphere is welcoming and beautifully themed. We had a room with 2 large double beds which were very comfortable. The room was an excellent size with everything we needed and more. Its stunning, clean, lots of towels, robes, mini fridge, tea making facilities and a lovely choice of toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful.
